MANAGING DIRECTOR

Philip provides specialist tax advice and accounting services to Doctors practices and other medical professionals as well as dealing with Clubs and Associations and non-residents.

Philip trained with a local practice in Hornchurch in Essex. Since then Philip has developed his specialisms in GP Practices, Clubs and Societies, as well as providing detailed management support services to commercial owner-managed clients.

Philip lives in Kent and enjoys running, water sports and travel and is currently learning Tagalog (Filipino)

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Francisca is a New Zealand trained Chartered Accountant with over 10 years UK and post qualified experience working and a Chartered Tax Advisor with 3 years post qualified experience.

She has a background in Small to Medium Business advisory services predominately service-based clients in the media sector. She has a keen interest in systems and robust controls to ensure correct and efficient information flow as information is power! She is currently working part-time when not watching her three children at home and when she can enjoy travelling.

QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant a few years after university she worked as a Financial Analyst in the City for 10 years before taking a middle-aged “gap year” and travelling around India. Intending never to work in the City or as an accountant again, she stopped paying membership fees to the ICAEW so cannot use ACA after my name.

She then enjoyed a variety of jobs including Theatre Box Office Manager, Taxonomy Development Manager and Bookshop Assistant before returning to the wonderful world of accountancy and joining Accounts Action in 2011.

QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT

Hien has worked at Accounts Action for more than a year as a qualified accountant. She ended up in Accounts Action to discover a new world of accountant knowledge for the entertainment and healthcare industries, with nearly ten years of experience in both the business and the practice.

Hien enjoys assisting clients and enhancing the company's services.

She relishes reading and she is fond of camping with her kid in her spare time, which is limited because she is partial to working.

ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST

Joined Accounts Action in February 2021 from an office admin background.
